We have an after hours operator that can take a message for you and we will respond as soon as we are back in the office.

Pausing your membership ensures that any current pending orders will be curated and shipped out. For new addresses, make sure you update promptly to ensure proper delivery.

When you're ready to unpause your membership, you may do so at any time and you won't need a new invite code.
