A lot of people mix up the letters in VNYL. Our customer happiness team is available Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm PST and they will take care of you same day. If you submit the request on the weekends they will handle you first thing Monday. This will pause your membership but still ensure that any current pending orders will be curated and shipped out. For new addresses, make sure you update promptly to ensure proper delivery.
When you're ready to unpause your membership, you may do so at any time and you won't need a new invite code. You may also send an email to [email protected].
